Oakdale High in California senior teammates Jackson Oliveira and Omar Alsaidi placed fourth and fifth, respectively, in the Division 3 boys final at the CIF State Cross Country Championships at Woodward Park in Fresno. Oliveira covered the 5-kilometer layout in 15:07.9 and Alsaidi ran 15:09.6 for Oakdale, which finished second by a 42-66 margin behind Dana Hills High.
